I purchased the product after customer support told me it would fix the problems I had with the relationship calculator in Family Tree Maker 2009.

The Family Tree Maker 2010 would be great except when you have dial-up internet, it is so slow changing from one screen to another while using (…). My computer has enough hard drive to handle the program, but it is frustrating when trying to get more information from (…). I am currently just using (…) and then will download it onto Family Tree Maker. I think the description should have stated it would be slow on dial-up.

Not happy at all with this product. I bought this for the 1 month membership but when you go to the web site to log in you must leave your credit card info and then cancel when your month is up. Would I recomend this to anyone else no way
