I need to buy an anti-virus protection program and am currently in-between these two. Anybody have any advice from personal experience or professional knowledge?

I had just one disk of the anti-virus protection program and I had installed it on one of my computers, can I still use it for my other computer? Or do I have to get another one for that computer? Thanks for helping me:)
