@spankmecold It can tell you whatever anyone else on twitter thinks is pertinent and has shared. That’s huge considering it’s global. If you search “Shakespeare” you can find everything from a play being presented in a grocery store, to the latest theory that a Jewish woman wrote some of his plays, to updates on events at his birthplace, to The Tempest read by Ian McKellen . . . what are you looking for?

I thought that 2 at 1st, but before I dismiss something, I like to really know it 1st so I kept with it until I knew what it was all about. It took me 2 weeks, by then I realized it was SO much more than I thought (more than just “what are u doing” which is what everyone thinks at 1st). It’s like doors 2 infinite classrooms.

The only reason I do not twitter is because my (school) life is extremely routine. Nothing to talk about. Nothing to twitter about. Nothing that will be useful to other people. I’ll just go blank when I see that white square, wondering what to write with those, what, 300 characters?
I do Facebook, but I rarely update my status on there.

Twitter isn’t how you make it out to be, it is a very good source of free advertising and a good means of communication between people.
Try and draw the line between people who overuse twitter for the wrong reasons and the people who use it to benefit themselves.
If i want to contact a dozen friends, i will use twitter like an electronic conference,
if i want to get my youtube channel noticed i will use twitter as my fee advertising

If I want to know what my Friends are doing then I would get their Facebook and or Myspace! that’s more useful than TWITTER! If you want to search for something go to Bing if you complain about Google. TWITTER IS THE MOST USELESS THING ON THE INTERNET!!!!!!!!!
