Unfortunately, anything downloading manually, aside from downloading the actual program, usually requires you to talk to customer support. If you searched their help pages and site with no luck, then you need customer support to help you. You go to there site and go to live help. Tell the support agent what you need and they can look up your account and give you a link to exactly what you need. I had the problem you were having, customer support gave me a link to go to and told me what to download and everything was fine afterward.
Also, if you’ve never used their Live Support before, you need to use Internet Explorer, if your using Firefox or Safari or any other browsers, it probably won’t work., unless they’ve changed it.
